Been trying to arrange a collection and refund for more than two weeks. Customer services keep me on hold. No resolution. Costing me huge amounts to contact. The staff are trained to say I understand and yes I agree 100% and they apologise. Nonetheless they do not sort the collection neither have I had my refund which is not a small amount. I will never use JD Williams.

A Goodwill turning into a badwill
My item was delivered late and the company as a matter of a goodwill gesture I take, offered to refund the delivery cost. To my surprise I saw an extra charge to my credit card instead of refund. I thought mistakes happen and raised this with customer service (via live chat which I was not able to save, wonder now why?) and was told this would be rectified within 3-5 working days. As this already passed some time ago, I thought it is now time to share my feedback instead of keep chasing the company, and better take the matter with my credit card company to recover unauthorised charge at least.

The company uses Hermes (Avri) who just are useless, and either say they are closed, or tried to deliver, and no number to get hold of them.
The company uses Hermes (Avri) who just cannot delivery any of there goods. Mine should have been here a week ago. I am sorry but I will not be ordering anything else from them whilst they use this carrier.

I didn’t want to open an account I just wanted to buy something outright, took so many screens to navigate. Now 5 days later the item has only just been despatched, with Hermes. So lord knows when I’ll get it.
Update, still not received the item, and no I wont email you to get another automated response

Ordered 4 items for my mother parcel…
Ordered 4 items for my mother parcel arrived with only 1 item even though the delivery note inside says 4 in parcel.
Very difficult to contact somebody about this issue as just says order delivered

I have sent an email as per suggested on my previous bad review. That response was just automated to look as if they are doing something. I probably won't get a reply from my email and will more than likely receive the same response on this one 'email us using 'TrustPilot' in the subject line!! I have made it my mission to find ALL review platforms every chance I get to write one!! I will also spam this one!
